Summer fun calls for popsicles, sailboats & starfish! I last did a towel design a while ago so I thought I'd mix it up a bit and do THREE designs that you can put on towels like we did here or use however you would like!
I especially like the fringe on the outer border! It is an easy, fun technique that is explained in my directions with photos to show you how.
